How does the Free Exchange Program work?
1. Ensure all merchandise is clean and has all original packaging, hangers, and hang tags.
2. Reach out to Doggie Design Customer Service at 800-754-0282 Ext. 110 and ask for Sharon to obtain an RA number.
3. Ship your merchandise back to us and send the tracking number so we can follow it to our warehouse.
4. Once it is arrived and has been inspected, place an order for new items to refill your store.
