- Damages & Returns: All orders are fully insured and damaged items will be replaced promptly. Please contact us immediately if a package is accepted with damages so we can file a claim. Keep any damaged contents along with the packaging as the carrier will want to inspect them.
- Order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be accepted only on items returned unopened and in re-sellable condition. Please include a copy of the invoice with the return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
