Bling Bling Blinker
The newly-designed Bling Bling Blinker serves as both a safety device, as well as a fun light toy. Bling Bling Blinker has 10 color modes, and is fully rechargeable. Clip to the D-ring of any collar. Bling Bling Blinker can also be attached key rings or your child's backpack. Run-time approximately 12 hours.

To operate:
- O-ring attaches to collar, keyring, backpack, etc. with PETSPORT logo facing to the front.
- Open left-side cover to reveal power button.
- Press to turn on.
- Continue to single-press to find color mode of choice.
- Long-press at any time to turn off.
To charge:
- Open right-side cover to reveal USB charging port.
- Plug in any USB-C cable (not included).
- 1.5 hours for full charge.

- Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $300 in the contiguous 48 states (our carrier choice: FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Order Processing: Orders ship within 1-2 business days

- Business Restrictions: We will not accept orders from third-party or non-pet-related e-commerce sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
- International Orders: We will not accept international orders or shipments to freight forwarders at this time.
- Tax Resale Certificate: All customers must have a signed tax resale certificate and permit on file, please upload here. You will need to log in to your account.
- First time customers please download a resale form HERE, complete it and email it along with your permit to service@wholesalepet.com.
- Returns/Customer Service: Please contact orderdesk@kingwholesale.com within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
- Out of Stocks: At King, we pride ourselves in our customer service and ultimately your experience as our customer! Here is what you can expect when placing orders with King! If we are sold out of any items on your order, we will attempt to contact you before processing your order. If we request a reply, and do not hear from you in 48 hours, we will process your order short the out of stock items if your order total remains above 300.00 for free shipping. If your order total drops below 300.00 and we are unable to reach you within 7 days, we will go ahead and cancel the order as we would not feel comfortable adding shipping without your approval. For orders below 300.00 please expect a ship charge of 10-20% of your order total. We will contact you if shipping is above 20% for your approval.
