Each toy is stuffed with safe, non-toxic fiber and we added a protective pouch around each squeaker as an added safety measure in the unlikely event your dog gets to the core. Our toys have been tested on numerous dogs (including our own) to ensure the highest quality and most fun for our best (four legged) friends and the best value for our two legged customers. These toys are machine washable (air dry) and float.
Warning: Your dogs safety is “Your” Responsibility. The Tuffy’s Series Toys are designed to be play toys and not chew toys. No Part of any toy should be ingested. Injury may result.

Pet Palette Operations LLC operates under the business name Pet Palette Distribution.
- All Pet Palette customers must have a Tax Resale Certificate on file, please upload here. If no certificate is on file within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled.

- Orders ship out within 1-2 days. If we can ship your order sooner, we will!
- If you have an order that requires special attention, please include those details in the 'Message to Vendor' section at checkout.
- Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined.
- Pet Palette Distribution does not charge credit cards until orders ship! We accept Visa and MasterCard and AMEX.

Perishable Items Policy: Pet Palette Distribution ensures that all perishable items have an expiration/best buy date of 3 months or more beyond the product’s order date. If your order contains products that expire in less than 3 months and you believe you are eligible for a credit, please reach out to orders@petpalette.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods and provide clear images of the expiration dates and quantities of each product that is short-dated.
