Coastal Customers: As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence, we will be upgrading our current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to NetSuite ERP.  This transition will begin the week of May 25, 2025, with shipping in the new system starting on June 2, 2025.

Key Dates:

• Orders placed the week of May 25 may experience processing delays of up to two weeks.
•  To receive orders before June 2, please place them by May 12, 2025.

• Free shipping on orders over $225 to destinations within the contiguous US; Orders between $225 - $150 will be charged actual freight; Below $150, we will charge a small order fee of $15.
• Coastal does not ship orders internationally. International customers must have prior written consent and ship to a freight forwarder within the contiguous US.
• Accepts Visa, MC and AMEX.
• Reselling on 3rd party marketplaces is prohibited without Coastal Pet's prior written consent.
